The M.D Dairy Breeding Farm and Dairy Processing Factory Project in Trang Bang, Tay Ninh is a project that not only carries economic significance by creating employment and enhancing the value of local agricultural products, but also embodies the convergence of revolutionary tradition, scientific knowledge, and a dedicated commitment to national service of its founder, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Mien, former Chairman of the Board of Directors and project investor.

Born into a family with a strong revolutionary tradition, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Mien was early instilled with patriotism and a strong sense of social responsibility. His father, Lieutenant General Nguyen Xuan Hoang, was a senior official of the Party and the Vietnam People’s Army; his mother, Mrs. Bui Thi Truong, was the first Secretary of the Bac Lieu Provincial Party Committee (now Bac Lieu and Ca Mau provinces). This disciplined, devoted, and ideal-driven family environment formed an important foundation that shaped his educational path, career, and lifelong aspiration to contribute to the nation.
After graduating from Hanoi General University, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Mien worked at the Military Technical Institute and later taught and worked at the Da Lat Military Academy and the PRUNZE Military Academy (Soviet Union), before serving at the Staff Department of Military Region 7. His years in the military environment helped him develop strategic thinking, discipline, and organizational capability, which later became a solid foundation when he transitioned into high-tech agricultural investment, with the goal of advancing economic development in parallel with social responsibility.

Accompanying him is Madam Thanh Ha, who has over 30 years of experience in livestock farming and in supplying high-yield dairy and beef cattle genetics imported from Canada, laying the foundation for the M.D dairy project. Building on this foundation, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Mien founded and serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of M.D Farm Dairy Breeding and Food Joint Stock Company in Trang Bang, Tay Ninh Province, progressively developing a closed-loop production model oriented toward modernity and sustainability. By 2019, the M.D dairy processing factory was completed in accordance with Danish technological standards on an 85-hectare project site, ready for the launch of its first line of premium dairy products in the local market.
With a sustainable development orientation, the farm applies modern livestock farming technologies, focuses on the quality of breeding stock and clean production processes, particularly non-homogenized milk to preserve its natural value.
Through the application of advanced technologies and modern management models, the project contributes to the transformation of the rural economic structure toward a modern and sustainable direction, while enhancing the value of agricultural production in association with environmental protection and public health.
From his family background and military experience to his entrepreneurial journey in the agricultural sector, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Mien has chosen a path of economic development closely linked with social responsibility. The M.D dairy factory in Trang Bang is not only a production facility but also a symbol of the aspiration to build a clean and sustainable agricultural sector, continuing the spirit of dedication to the nation in peacetime through practical contributions to the community and society by Mr. Mien and Madam Ha.
