DHT ACCOMPANIES THE SPECIALIZED TALK PROGRAM AT THE VIETNAM WOMEN’S ACADEMY - SPREADING PRACTICAL LEGAL VALUES TO THE NEXT GENERATION OF LAW STUDENTS
Dai Ha Thanh Law Firm LLC (DHT Law Firm) was established in 2015 and operates under the management of the Department of Justice. The firm brings together 07 lawyers, jurists, and legal experts with profound knowledge of the Vietnamese legal, political, and cultural system. DHT was founded by its Executive Director/Advisor - Dr. and Senior Lawyer Bùi Ngọc Nhuần, who has over 40 years of legal practice in Vietnam and has held numerous key positions within the Vietnamese legal system. He is a former Director General of the Legal Department of the Government Office, a member of the Steering Committee for Legislative Development of the Government Office, and a senior legal advisor to Ministers and Chairpersons of the Government Office. He currently serves as a Standing Committee Member and Head of the Inspection Board of the Vietnam Private Business Association for the 2024 - 2029 term, and as Vice President of the Legal Aid Association for the Poor in Vietnam.
1, Mrs. Bùi Thị Hồng Ngọc graduated from Hanoi Law University, completed the Lawyer Training Course at the Judicial Academy, and obtained a Master’s degree in Economic Law in South Korea under a full scholarship worth over USD 50,000. She previously worked at Deloitte (Big 4), gained experience at Vilaf Hong Duc Law Firm, and interned at “JOY” Law Firm located in Keangnam, South Korea. She also worked at the Ministry of Justice – Department of International Law, and prior to 2026, she served as a full-time lecturer in the Department of Economic Law at Thang Long University. In addition to her notable legal career mentioned above, she has made significant contributions to scholarship programs for students at both secondary and higher education levels, as well as meaningful volunteer activities supporting underprivileged children. With her achievements, it is expected that her sharing will bring substantial benefits to young law students.

2, Ms. Hoàng Thị Kim Duyên holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Hanoi Law University and has completed the Lawyer Training Course, practicing as a litigation lawyer. She has participated in numerous domestic litigation cases. In addition, she has extensive experience in licensing and corporate matters, having handled approximately hundreds of licensing applications over the course of 10 years of legal practice. Currently, in addition to collaborating with Dai Ha Thanh Law Firm and Mrs. Bùi Thị Hồng Ngọc, her family is also operating GT Law Firm LLC. With her achievements, it is expected that her sharing will bring substantial benefits to young law students.

On March 16, 2026, at the Vietnam Women’s Academy, the program titled “Specialized Talk for Law Students” was successfully held, attracting significant attention and participation from a large number of students. The program was organized with the aim of bridging academic knowledge with practical legal experience, providing a more comprehensive perspective on the legal environment beyond the classroom. It also offered students the opportunity to directly engage with experienced legal professionals and lawyers, thereby helping them better shape their future career orientation.
Representing DHT Law Firm, Mrs. Bùi Thị Hồng Ngọc participated in the program as a guest speaker. At the event, she shared practical insights on corporate legal compliance as well as hands-on experience in legal advisory and legal operations.

In addition, the program also featured the participation of Ms. Hoàng Thị Kim Duyên, who provided in-depth analysis of the rights and obligations of employees in the current labor market context.

Through two main topics, namely Corporate Compliance and Employees - Rights and Obligations in the Labor Market, the speakers helped students better understand how the law is applied in practice, as well as the essential requirements for pursuing a legal career.
Beyond providing knowledge, the program also created opportunities for students to directly engage, ask questions, and receive candid insights from experts. Real-life situations and professional stories contributed to narrowing the gap between theory and practice - one of the greatest challenges for law students.
