Signing Ceremony: SME Legal Support Center of Ministry of Justice – Establishing a Cooperation Mechanism with Experts and Lawyers from Dai Ha Thanh Law Firm
As the Party and State intensify policies to foster the private sector—particularly in alignment with the Politburo’s Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW—enhancing the effectiveness of legal support for businesses has become an increasingly urgent necessity.
In this spirit, on July 16 in Hanoi, Dai Ha Thanh Law Firm (DHT Law Firm) and the Center for Legal Support for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (under the Department of Civil and Economic Law, Ministry of Justice) officially signed a cooperation agreement. This marks a significant step in establishing a long-term partnership aimed at supporting the community of small and medium-sized enterprises and business households nationwide.
In this spirit, Dai Ha Thanh Law Firm (DHT Law Firm) and the Center for Legal Support for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (under the Department of Civil and Economic Law, Ministry of Justice) officially signed a cooperation agreement in Hanoi on July 16. This event marks a significant milestone in establishing a long-term partnership between the two entities, aimed at supporting the community of small and medium-sized enterprises and business households nationwide.
Representing DHT at the signing ceremony were Lawyer and Senior Advisor Bui Ngoc Nhuan—former Director of the Department of Law at the Office of the Government and Director of Dai Ha Thanh Law Company Limited—and Ms. Bui Thi Hong Ngoc, Deputy Director of the company. Representing the Legal Support Center for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises were Dr. Tran Minh Son, Director of the Center, and Ms. Trinh Thi Thuy Nga, Deputy Director of the Center.
The signing is carried out based on the Regulations on Consultants and Collaborators of the Legal Support Center for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises—issued under Decision No. 45/QĐ-PLDSKT dated July 9, 2026, by the Director of the Department of Civil and Economic Law (Ministry of Justice)—with the aim of strengthening connections between state agencies and legal practice organizations to enhance the quality of legal support for enterprises during the 2026–2030 period.
Under the cooperation agreement, the two parties have agreed to collaborate on providing legal support to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and business households. This includes offering consultancy and helping to resolve legal challenges and obstacles arising during production and business operations across various sectors—such as corporate affairs, investment, bidding, taxation, and real estate—as well as other related legal areas. Furthermore, the two entities will jointly organize conferences, seminars, discussions, and legal dissemination programs to raise awareness regarding legal compliance, thereby helping businesses proactively mitigate risks and achieve sustainable development. This partnership also lays the groundwork for leveraging each party's professional strengths, sharing practical experience, pooling resources, and expanding legal support activities in the future. Through this collaboration, DHT and the Center aim to provide the business community with timely, effective, and practical legal solutions, ultimately enhancing the competitiveness and adaptability of enterprises in the context of global integration.
In addition to establishing a coordination mechanism for legal support, Dai Ha Thanh Law Firm donated a New Line touchscreen—valued at 120 million VND—to the Legal Support Center for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) as part of the program. This donation aims to upgrade the Center's facilities, thereby facilitating the organization of conferences, seminars, and legal dissemination activities, and ultimately enhancing the effectiveness of legal support for businesses. This initiative reflects Dai Ha Thanh’s spirit of partnership, social responsibility, and commitment to providing practical support for legal assistance to SMEs.
Speaking at the ceremony, Lawyer and founder Mr. Bui Ngoc Nhuan expressed his appreciation for the achievements of the Legal Support Center for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises. He affirmed DHT’s commitment to a long-term partnership with the Center in providing high-quality legal solutions and disseminating legal information to businesses. This collaboration aims to enhance legal compliance and foster the sustainable development of the Vietnamese business community, thereby building public trust in the legal system—in alignment with President Ho Chi Minh’s guiding principle of "living and working in accordance with the law."
